Usage Instructions 1.Take parts from package2.Push the free side of the tubing to the spout on the device3.Place the equipment in a vertical position4.Breathe out with a normal breath5.Form a seal by putting the mouthpiece in your mouth and closing your lips6.Breathe in with a slow breath, lifting the cylinder.
