Description This listing is for two large scrolls (left and right side), measuring 27.5cm x 13.5cm. All our products are handmade and will be unique in their characteristics. The item may not be exactly as pictured. Our appliques and door knobs are simple to apply, with easy-to-follow instructions included with each order. Once your DIY project is done, please send the store a photograph. We love to see the finished products. Payment This item is ready for postage as soon as your payment has been confirmed. We accept payment via PayPal, direct deposit (which can take up to four working days), or cash on local pickup. We appreciate payment within five working days of placing your order. Shipping Once payment has been confirmed, we will post your order to anywhere within Australia within one working day. We offer free standard post, as well as express post at your expense. Please contact us if you wish to post internationally. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be posted the following working day. Please allow standard Australia Post between three and seven working days once the order is in the mail. Terms of Sale In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund. In this case, the order must be returned in original condition to Tres Jolie Home at your expense. The order must be returned within seven working days of purchase. All our products are handmade and are unique. As such, the item may not be exactly as pictured. Due to the nature of the resin used in our flexible appliques, there may be tiny air bubbles along the back of the applique. These are not visible once the applique has been applied to the surface. The air bubbles do not affect the make-up of the applique at all. Should you wish to remove them, this can be done by either filling them off, or filling with glue or wood putty. Should the product have broken in the post, this can easily be fixed with some glue. If you seem the product to be broken beyond repair, please contact the store and include a picture.
