Of course there is an initial 30 day no questions asked refund policy if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. If there are any returns the items will have to be received back in the same condition as when purchased & the shipping paid for by the buyer. Hawaii residents will be charged Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.16%). I started Celluloid Heroes in May 1995 but didn't start selling on ebay until January 2014. Most of the autographs I'm offering have been gotten in person over the last 25+ years by me or one of the collectors I've worked with in the greater Los Angeles area including Hollywood, Westwood, & Beverly Hills. About 85-90% of the items that we’ve gotten will have the exact location & date the autograph was obtained (although sometimes I wouldn’t write the details down in a timely manner & would forget exactly where & when they were signed). I will be selling some of the autographs I’ve purchased from other reputable dealers over the years but of course I will guarantee their authenticity just like I do for the ones we’ve collected. I wouldn’t buy or sell any autographs that I didn’t believe were genuinely authentic. I’m not a professional authenticator but I did develop an eye for the signatures of the hundreds of people I was getting autographs from during the 10 year period that I was out collecting at least 4-5 days a week.
