Put a moist but not dripping wet paper towel into a ziploc bag and the seeds within the paper towel (or a bit of damp sand). Seal the bag. Place the entire contents into the freezer and forget about them for 4 months. After the 4 months, remove the seeds from this environment and proceed to germinate the stratified seeds normally by sowing them into the ground and keeping the area moist. The idea behind cold-stratifying is to simulate winter, tricking the seeds into thinking that right-there-after, it is an optimal time to sprout for the longest lifespan (Wake up, it's spring!).
