It tilts and the legs can be adjusted straight out or removed completely from the wheelchair, the seat pad has a special backbone and nation, so you’re not sitting on your tailbone. Has double wheel brakes, has a tilt depress button that allows you to rotate it. The head plate is multi adjustable and all differentangles, it’s actually slightly offset right now, but can be straightened out with the right Allen wrenches. Tires look good, ask me about the width from left hip to right hip, because this wheelchair looks a slightly bit more narrow than most other wheelchairs, likely for a smaller child or an older elderly person.
