Description: Passenger Car Interior KIT for Rivarossi 85ft Pullman Car [ HO ] Miscellaneous Railroad Company # 27Pull-RivHW This interior was designed to fit into the Rivarossi 85ft Heavy-Weight Pullman 12-1 Car accommodating the window placement and features vestibule doors. There are notches and holes in the floor to fit around locating bosses and the window tabs. The seats are low to allow for the installation of an LSW078 underneath for car weight. The passenger’s feet have to be trimmed.(Miniature passengers are NOT included with your purchase) Our objective is to make your passenger cars look their BEST! The walls are low enough so that lighting may be added. This KIT consists of 2 pieces to be glued together to create the interior. The two parts fit together well, but you must glue them together. There may be some other trimming, sanding or filing involved. “Super Glue” works well, but please see the warning below. Align the parts with a ruler to keep them straight while gluing. The injection sprue and mark need to be trimmed before installing the interior. LSW078 ( available separately ) is recommended for car weight 9 1/2 inches of LSW078 yields a car weight of 6.6oz. with the unpopulated interior, the original trucks and couplers. (NMRA RP20.1 suggests a weight of 6.7oz.). The populated car weighs 6.8oz. with the original trucks and couplers. The interior fits into the car only one way; observe the locating bosses. The product is manufactured from tan aliphatic polyester resin and can be painted. Bond the interior to the previously installed LSW078 with automotive weather-stripping glue. An illustrated destruction sheet is included with every interior. I attempt to provide the most accurate description possible. My intention is to prevent any surprises.
