The condition of this watch is as follows: Pre-owned ingood condition. I would rate this cool timepiece at 95%. Helson is a very interesting and under-appreciated watch maker. They focus primarily on super strong-value sport timepieces and focus most heavily on impressive spec dive watches that are striking and tremendous value. This particular timepiece, the classic Skindiver, is one of their more premium timepieces due to the strong water resistance (300 Meter = >150 Fathoms = Deeper than you will ever dive) and premium bakelite-ish bezel. Because we only want timepiece customers who are delighted with their purchase, we strive to add some additional insight to help you make a great timepiece decision. With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch include: 1. This watch is medium-to-slightly large sized at 41mm and works well on any wrist except very small wrists. It brings a classic look and I can recommend this watch for most males or females. It is a solid modern classic size look for most men and a spirited, fun and sporting oversized look for most females.2. This is a no-nonsense, versatile classic dive watch with a fine Japanese Miyota 9015 automatic movement, wonderful dive bezel and tremendous visibility under all lighting conditions. The timepiece is currently running about 1 minute 18 seconds fast per 24 hours. This will not be an issue for most people and most applications as it is only 3 seconds per hour. With a power reserve of 42 hours, the wearer will likely be rewinding this a couple of times a week and in so doing resetting the hours, minutes and seconds to a reference time. 3. The watch is comfortable and between the strap options and bracelet it can handle up to an 8 inch wrist and the inclusion of the rather awesome Helson bracelet is a large part of the value proposition. Of course, this is a modern timepiece in all aspects but the design ethos has a cool, slightly vintage appeal --- a nod toward a simpler time in diving when the thought of a "diving computer" seemed as strange as putting a man on the moon. 4. The caseback has some nice engraving and proudly boasts that this is a 150 Fathoms water resistance reference. A diver could and should strap this on if you do some serious deep diving --- perhaps on the black rubber tropic strap. Use it to back up that dive computer and double check your decompression checkpoints just to be sure. 5. Visibility and wrist presence are the twin hallmarks on this one. Bold hands and large indices, with great lume, ensure maximum readability and frankly just looks cool. Check out the lume shots in the pictures provided! 6. A black dial, one of the more premium aspects of this particular Helson, combined with the premium shark and glossy bezel are the most noticeable and valuable features of this fine timepiece. These two features were no doubt key contributors as to why this one sold out so quickly upon release. 7. Rounding our the listing and the package is the full set and all of the elements included can be seen in the "everything picture." (Pic #2) We do not offer a warranty but will work with you to make any post-purchase repairs via advice on where to go and what to do (with no profit for us but paid for by you). Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside). In some cases, we can go back to our source and get the watch repaired for free based on our relationship and reputation.
