Beautiful lamp as it sits, quality made, sturdy at just under 10 lbs. something to note - an issue that's not noticeable unless light goes thru the shade The floral design is intact however the protective coat layer over it has the surface scratches which aren’t seen when the lamp is off and likely can be resprayed/painted to restore original purpose. The marks are not on the outside of the shade nor visible not turned on. Looks like the color surface marks are from the hardware being exposed to the shade during transport as in the shade was not removed by the previous owner during transport. The lamp looks like a work of art as it sits however, if the internal markings make it unacceptable you can always swap out the shade. The rare base is beautiful : ) Love vintage?
