Description: DESCRIPTION: CUSTOM SHADOW CONSPIRACY FRONT 20" BMX BIKE FRONT WHEEL. Color: chrome rim with black hub, purple fade ion plated spokes (not titanium). The Shadow hub, rim, and spokes are all discontinued many years ago and no longer available. This wheel is well used as it was my personal wheel but only used for flatland so it hasn't been beat up like a wheel used for riding street or even park. The sealed bearings have been changed a couple of times during the life of the wheel. This wheel spins smooth and fairly straight. The rim itself shows a lot of wear on the sides where the brake pads clamped onto the rim and a lot of the chrome is flaking off throughout. A couple of the spokes are starting to pull through the rim as well so this is more of a parts wheel for the hub and spokes. The hub is a Shadow Raptor 36h hub which features a 3/8 bolt type axle hub w/ sealed bearings laced to a Shadow Stun 36h double wall rim using Shadow triple butted purple fade spokes which are ion plated (not titanium) and were never released by Shadow as an aftermarket product. These spokes are 14 gauge swiss grade stainless steel spokes with 16mm brass nipples. 4 cross lacing pattern. Includes axle bolts. Weight: 35 oz.
