Description: Made by Whitman, includes extras. This box contains the original checkers set with plastic pieces in their box and board. Found with the set is these small wood chess pieces. Both checkers and chess pieces complete. Board has some light use. The outside box has some wear and taped corners. Still looks pretty good though. The back of the checker board has instructions. The back of the board is dated 1949. There is a model number on the outside box; 4631:69.
