Description: Elizabeth Alexandra Mary, also known as Queen Elizabeth II was born Princess Elizabeth of York on April 21, 1926 in Mayfair, London, England. The reverse design features another portrait of the Queen this one forward facing. Also included on the reverse are the inscriptions “IN MEMORIAM QUEEN ELIZABETH II” and the dates of her birth and death: “21st April 1926” and “8th September 2022”.
