2010 Leaf PURPLE PROOF MISSING AUTOGRAPH & # MMA National Pride Paulo Filho

Description: This proof is from the 2010 Leaf MMA autograph set. It is missing the foil on the front and the serial #. I think most of the regular purple cards are #/25, but I noticed some that are #/10, and the quads for the Showdowns are #/5, I believe. This is just a proof so it obviously doesn't have the authentic signature/autograph on the card. It is slightly larger than a regular card by about 1/4" taller and wider. Still fits into a standard toploader. These are not pack-issued proofs, but are pre-production proofs from the printing process, so they are not on any checklist. I've got the National Pride, Showdowns, and Champions insert proofs as well as the base cards. Great addition to your collection, whether you have the regular version or a great placeholder if you don't. I've got the red, gold, and purple proofs available. Great for in-person autographs or through the mail (for those athletes who are still alive, of course). High quality printing proof from Leaf. Some basic facts about the proof cards I sell are as follows: 1) Unless otherwise stated, the backs are complete. 2) For most of them, the fronts are complete, although some foil may be missing. Please see pics for further details. 3) If any corresponding finished versions of the cards contain autographs, game-used items, or serial numbering, the proofs DO NOT have any of these attributes, as they are indeed just proofs and not the finished product. 4) If it's a single card, it is typically 1/8" to 1/4" taller and wider than a standard card in order to differentiate it from a pack-inserted version. But not always. 5) If it's a 2-card uncut panel, then it's obvious that it wasn't pack inserted, but even these are typically individually larger than a standard card. 6) Some of the proofs have extra "dead stock" (that was removed for the final version of the card), color bars, etc. 7) Proof cards were not meant to be released onto the secondary market. As such, they aren't always in mint condition. Some may have surface scratches, but other than that, they are usually nm. Flat-rate shipping fee is $4.00 per order for US addresses.
