This issue isn’t dated but there is an editor’s note on the back cover indicating this is the first issue for 1992 which was delayed due the workers being off their jobs which is a reference to the large UAW strike at Caterpillar which ended in April 1992. I assume this issue was published around June 1992 or so. This magazine is 24 pages including the covers printed in full cover on slick glossy paper. Overall condition is very good.
