Description: For sale is an awesome 1946 Walking Liberty Silver Half Dollar. The Walking Liberty Half Dollar was minted between 1916 and 1947 and is one of the most gorgeous US coin designs ever minted. The obverse was so popular, in fact, that the Mint decided to use it as the obverse design for the very popular Silver Eagle coin. 1946 is not one of the rare key dates, but what is great about this coin is its nice high grade--something definitely coveted with Walkers. And like all Walker Halves this coin is 90% silver.As you can see from the pics the coin is in great shape, and it would come in as a nice AU (almost uncirculated) grade. The coin has all of its original mint luster to it and all images, lettering, and date are clean and sharp. Most of the intricate feathers on the eagle on the reverse are present and bold. It has no major toning and it has not been cleaned. I do have multiple coins available in the exact same grade and condition if you were interested in buying more than one.
